Our success has been built on trust, integrity, and delivering our customers’ unique innovative requirements THE OPPORTUNITY: The Program Manager will provide strategic direction and leadership across various groups of customer accounts and multi-disciplinary internal teams to deliver and improve upon defined performance metrics. This position is responsible for all facets of program and client management. RESPONSIBILITES:

• Manage and participate in DSM’s program management activities including but not limited to contract reviews, quoting, purchase order management, forecasting, revenue tracking, budgeting and customer presentations
• Develop program plans and sales strategies
• Broaden and advance customer relationships
• Identify and lead business development opportunities for clients
• Prepare and present regular on-site and off-site customer business reviews
• Lead and coordinate functions and responsibilities with DSM’s customer focused teams in attaining objectives
• Manage customer expectations in regards to the ongoing delivery of products and services
• Drive and implement program management improvements
• Conduct annual customer surveys for performance feedback and for future product/service developments
• Assist with other sales and marketing activities such as tradeshows
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree and/or Technical Diploma in a related field and 6+ years’ sales/account management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in the electronics industry preferred
• Sound understanding of manufacturing processes required
• Solid program management, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to create and maintain strong working relationships
• Proven customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
• Ability to effectively organize and work with team members from a variety of departments
• Customer focused attitude
• Strong computer skills in MS Office including experience with ERP systems such as M2M

Schedule:
